Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 working days within the United Kingdom.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

To avoid delays, please ensure that you provide:

• A valid contact number
• A complete and accurate shipping address

Verification

In certain cases, delivery partners may require a valid ID proof at the time of delivery for security purposes.

Multiple Shipments

Due to product availability or order size, items within the same order may be shipped separately.

• Each shipment will have its own tracking number
• Tracking details will be available under the same order in the Track Order section
