CuAl10Ni5Fe4 is a high-strength Nickel-Aluminium Bronze (NAB) alloy containing approximately 10% aluminum, 5% nickel, and 4% iron, with copper as the balance. It offers an excellent combination of strength, toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to cavitation and erosion. The alloy performs particularly well under heavy loads and in seawater and other aggressive environments. It is commonly associated with C63000 / AMS 4640 and is used extensively in marine, aerospace, valve, pump, bearing, and industrial applications.
